Time Warner, AOL, News Corp now all now Bidding For Yahoo
According to the Wall Street Journal Time Warner is putting together yet another proposal to combine Yahoo with AOL. They are currently finishing touches on a new proposal which they are presenting to Yahoo today. People familiar with the matter say that the companies estimate about $1 billion in cost savings annually.
News Corp put a variety of deals on the table last week, including ones involving Google, private equity funds, and even one scenario involving Microsoft as a search advertising partner.
They are still some crazy rumors flying around regards a Google bid that may be on the table this weekl! This is going to be a very interesting week…
